How do I qualify for free shipping?

Free shipping is available on orders over $149.00*. Free shipping is only available for valid addresses within Australia. Orders eligible for free shipping are sent with Australia Post on a standard delivery service. Free shipping is calculated based on the value of your cart after all discounts are applied. Selected products will incur a $10 Large Item Shipping and Handling Fee in NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD addresses and $20 to WA, NT, SA and TAS addresses.

I've qualified for free shipping. But I'm still being charged a large item fee?

Some items across our website will incur a Large Item Shipping and Handling Fee which is in addition to any shipping charges. The styles which will incur this fee are our Beach Umbrellas, Beach Chairs, Lounger, Poolside Lounge, Picnic Baskets, Cooler Box Sounds and Cabanas.

NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD addresses will incur a $10 Large Item Shipping and Handling Fee per bulky product.

WA, NT, SA and TAS addresses will incur a $20 Large Item Shipping and Handling Fee per bulky product.

My delivery shows signature required, can you remove this please?

Signature requirements are added to orders as a security measure to ensure your package arrives safely to you. We are unable to make changes once your order has been placed.

What if I want to buy a SUNNYLiFE product as a gift?

We don't offer a gift wrapping service or personalised gift notes however, we do ensure invoices aren't sent with your order. You can also check out our range of SUNNYLiFE e-gift cards, delivered straight to the recipient's inbox within minutes.

A SUNNYLiFE item I purchased from another retailer is faulty, damaged or not what I expected, what do I do?

Please contact the retailer that you purchased the product from and they will be able to help you.

My discount code isn't working, what do I do?

Our checkout allows only one discount code to be used per purchase. Note that some discounts are automatically applied while others require a code however, only one will be redeemed at any time. No further discounts can be applied to any products already on sale or after redeeming an offer.

My SUNNYLiFE e-gift card isn't working, what do I do?

Returns and Exchanges

How can I cancel my order?

Our priority is to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can soak up those sunshine rays. Due to our speedy process, we regret to inform you that cancelling your order may not be possible. Please contact our friendly team here to see what action can be taken.

What is SUNNYLiFE's returns policy?

From when you receive your SUNNYLiFE delivery we offer 30 days to make a change of mind return. All product/s must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return back to our fulfilment centre we will assess the product/s before processing your refund. When sending your order back to us we recommend that you use a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. SUNNYLiFE doesn't offer prepaid labels for change of mind returns.

What is the SUNNYLiFE exchange policy?

We're unable to offer exchanges however please refer to our returns policy for change of mind returns.

My product is faulty, what do I do?

We offer a 12 month warranty on all SUNNYLiFE products. To obtain a replacement for a faulty product please provide the following to our friendly team here.

  1. Proof of purchase from sunnylife.com.au ie: order number or email address used at time of purchase.
  2. Image or video of the product fault.
  3. Fill out this form and we'll get back to you about your fault within 1-2 business days.

Due to duties and charges incurred at customs we are unable to send replacement products internationally from our fulfilment centres, in this case a refund would be processed.

If you have purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly.

Only part of my order has arrived, where is the rest?

Orders can be split into multiple deliveries due to product dimensions and/or weights. If you do not receive your entire order within 3 business days from the first package arriving, please contact our friendly team here.

What size Swim Vest does my child need?

This size guide shares key measurements and weights that can help you determine the right fit for your child.

Size 1-2: 32 x 32 x 8 cm, Recommended weight range 11 - 15kg.

Are the SUNNYLiFE Swim Vest's lifeguard approved?


Our Swim Vests are tested to comply with the Consumer Goods Swimming and Flotation Aids Safety Standards 2017. It's important to remember that our vests are designed for water familiarisation, swimming tuition and water play, they are not United States Coast Guard approved for boating nor are they lifesaving devices. They are to be used under constant supervision.

Where can I buy film for SUNNYLiFE Underwater Cameras?

We recommend using Kodak Portra 400 film which you might find at Big W, Kmart or online at Camera House, Amazon, eBay other various websites. 

Can the SUNNYLiFE Underwater Cameras be used out of the water?

Yes, they can, these Cameras have a waterproof housing that allows them to be used underwater however, they work perfectly out of the water as well.

Are the SUNNYLiFE Underwater Cameras reusable?

Yes, they are, all you need is a new roll of film and you’re good to go!

How far underwater can I take my SUNNYLiFE Underwater Camera?

Our Underwater Cameras are recommend for a maximum depth of 3.1m/10 feet.

How do I recline my Folding Beach Chair?

These chairs have an internal locking system which allows them to remain in a secure position for you to lean back and relax. To release this mechanism, fold the back of the seat forward, toward the seat of the chair, you will hear the chair click and release. From here you can lie the chair flat and adjust it up to your desired position. You’ll hear it click in to place at each of the 6 reclinable angles.
