We had a little problem with our Hammock, so my review is more about the customer service I received when I needed assistance with it.
Alvin, my customer service specialist , was incredibly helpful with very kind and polite and also extremely prompt responses to my emails. I have not received exceptional customer service like this in a long time and this is the reason I will continue to purchase from Sunnylife in the future for all our pool and beach accessories! Highly recommend.
